The human body is awesome and is made up of many amazing systems to help it thrive in their own, unique ways. Included are the central nervous system, the autonomic nervous system, the lymph system, the skeletal system, the muscular system, and more. However, there is one system that is undervalued and misunderstood that holds all of them together. We are excited to have good friend of the program, Josh Henkin, help to break down what exactly is fascia, what is it’s purpose, and how can we better train this important system on the gym floor.
