I am here to help you truly nourish to flourish! I will give you the information and tools you need to improve your relationship with food and fuel your body for your goals.

Our Offerings:

INDIVIDUAL NUTRITION SESSIONS

Currently I’m just offering individual nutrition sessions. You don’t have to be a fitness client to access the nutrition resources. Maybe by the start of the new year I’ll have some group styled options – so more to come on that eventually!

Services – Accountability and encouragement, goal setting, nutritional needs estimations, food log review, meal prepping, and topical content like health promotion, weight management, digestion support, stress/emotional eating, or other requested topics.

Weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly scheduling options.

This isn’t a “diet”, no unnecessary restriction, judgement-free zone.
